The Brief for Brains
The customer was looking for a seamless and discreet solution that brought together every aspect of the venue, from gaming simulators and live music to sports bar features and everyday daytime pub trading.
With a tight delivery schedule aligned to an ambitious, fast-paced project timeline, the solution needed to be both efficient and adaptable. As the brand continues its rapid expansion, with around half a dozen new venues opening in almost as many months, delivering the project on time was essential
The Solution Delivered
Spartan delivered a fully integrated AV solution designed to bring every element of the venue together.
Two live music stages were equipped with dedicated sound systems, complemented by more than a dozen background music speakers throughout the venue. All systems were seamlessly integrated to create a single sound reinforcement solution, providing consistent and flexible audio coverage across the space.
Alongside this, a large-scale AV-over-IP system was installed to distribute multiple live sports streams throughout the venue, while also supporting the dedicated gaming bays. Customers can enjoy immersive gaming experiences including rugby, golf, football and much more.
Everything is controlled through two compact touchscreens, featuring a bespoke interface designed by Dave. With simplicity at its core, the system requires virtually no staff training. One screen provides straightforward control of audio across four zones, while the other enables instant switching between five sources and eight screens.
The video system is completed with two Optoma projector systems, alongside a range of TVs supplied by the client—delivering a flexible and engaging visual experience throughout the venue.
