Working closely with the organisers, we designed and implemented a seamless technical setup that supported both in-person delegates and remote attendees.
Our solution included a discreet PA system, ensuring clear and consistent audio coverage throughout the conference space, a fully equipped lectern setup, and a PTZ camera system, enabling dynamic, broadcast-quality video for remote participants, ensuring they could follow proceedings in real time and feel fully connected to the event.

Microsoft Data Centre Groundbreaking Press Day
When a global technology leader like Microsoft selects Newport as the location for a new cutting-edge data centre, only a dependable and professional AV setup will do, and Spartan was proud to provide full AV production support for the press event, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for speakers, media, and guests alike.
We delivered a comprehensive AV solution tailored specifically for the event, including a full speaker PA system, along with a professionally installed staging setup with a lectern with integrated microphone, supported by additional radio microphones to allow seamless delivery of speeches and announcements.
Visual communication was equally important, with a 65-inch main display screen positioned for maximum visibility, supported by repeater screens to ensure all attendees had a clear view of presentations and live content and emote-controlled cameras were deployed for flexible coverage of key moments, including speeches and media capture.
A dedicated AV technician was also on hand throughout the event to manage live operations and ensure everything ran without interruption.
Delegate Style AV System for Multiple Venues
A production company based in Denmark contacted us with an enquiry regarding the delivery of two small corporate events in Wales. They were specifically seeking a UK-based AV supplier who could provide not only the required equipment but also an experienced, skilled technician to remain on-site and offer full technical support throughout the duration of both events.

We supported the corporate event with a complete technical production setup, including a professional PA speaker system and a 10-unit delegate microphone system to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the venue.
Visually, we provided a fastfold projector screen and projection setup, supported by additional 65” repeater screens for optimal viewing across the space.
To accommodate hybrid participation, we also provided a Microsoft Teams integration solution alongside a BirdDog camera system, enabling high-quality video capture and seamless connectivity for remote attendees
