To maximise visibility and impact, we deployed the powerful Panasonic PT-DZ21K projector, a high-brightness, 20,000-lumen projector known for its exceptional image clarity and reliability.
By transferring bold, eye-catching visuals directly onto the Senedd building, we were able to capture attention in a high-footfall public space, memorably communicate an important civic message and leverage a landmark building to amplify reach and credibility
The projection featured clear calls to action, directing viewers to register ahead of the election deadline, helping to remove barriers and increase participation. Lots of the public approached our on-site team to engage!
Who Are Electoral Commission Wales?
Electoral Commission Wales is the independent body responsible for overseeing elections and regulating political finance in Wales. Their role is vital in ensuring elections are fair, transparent, and accessible to all eligible voters.
A key part of their mission is to increase public awareness around voting, especially among underrepresented groups, and to make the registration process as simple and visible as possible.
This campaign was part of a broader effort to boost participation ahead of a crucial democratic event.

In the lead-up to the 2026 Senedd Election, at a time when arguably, democracy matters more than ever, we were proud to collaborate with Electoral Commission Wales on a high-impact public awareness campaign designed to encourage voter registration across Wales.
Deploying our large format, ultra bright, 3 chip projectors we transformed the iconic Senedd Building in Cardiff into a powerful visual platform for civic engagement, delivering a clear and compelling message: “Register to Vote in the Senedd Election By 20 April” which was also projected in Welsh.
We chose to not use a generator for this project, as not only is the battery storage unit much simpler and safer to use, unlike a generator it doesn’t put out any pollution resulting in a locally green energy solution.
